New Rule (Bug Abuse) Empty New Rule (Bug Abuse)

Hey! I was just reading through your rules and you don't have anything in there (as far as I can see) about bug abuse! I would have replied on the thread but it was locked to only Admins! Smile So basically what I'm saying is add another rule along the lines of:

Rule #: Do Not abuse Bugs or Duplicate Items.
